Michael Avenatti has been within the headlines due to the shocking information he’s shared regarding R. Kelly and his alleged victims. When we spoke to the legal professional, he informed us that he believes Kelly will spend the rest of his life in prison, detailing the horrible issues that the singer allegedly did within the uncovered intercourse tapes. Despite his involvement within the R. Kelly case, it seems as if Avenatti now has his personal authorized drama to fret about and it is fairly severe.

According to TMZ, Avenatti has been arrested and charged with extorting Nike after he demanded between $15 million and $25 million from them. The report particulars how Avenatti threatened to carry a press convention in the beginning of March Madness to announce allegations of misconduct by workers on the firm. Avenatti was reportedly representing the coach of an AAU Youth Club basketball staff and after a grievance was made, the legal professional demanded Nike rent him for the exorbitant sum of cash to conduct an inside investigation.

Avenatti apparently gave Nike just a few choices. They may pay him $22.5 million to purchase his silence or rent him to conduct the investigation. The report notes that Avenatti had info from the AAU coach that a number of Nike workers had been funding funds to high highschool basketball gamers, making an attempt to cover the proof. 

A cellphone name between Avenatti and Nike reportedly included a number of threats. “I am not fucking round with this, and I am not persevering with to play video games,” stated the lawyer. “You guys know sufficient now to know you’ve got received a major problem.
